Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  1. Return Window: You can return your purchase within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition of Items:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
    • Products that are altered, washed, or damaged after use will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable or refundable under any circumstances:
    • Sale/discounted products (unless otherwise stated)
  4. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided to initiate the return/refund process.

How to Return or Exchange Your Product

  1. Initiating a Return:
    • Log into your SkylineShopper account.
    • Go to the “My Orders” section and select the product you wish to return.
    • Select the “Return” option and follow the instructions.
    • Alternatively, contact our customer service team at support@skylineshopper.shop with your order details to initiate the process.
  2. Packaging: Please repack the product in its original packaging to avoid any damage during the return shipping process.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse address provided by our customer service team.
    • The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or an error was made in fulfilling the order.
  4. Inspection: All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed after receipt.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process:
    • Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
    • Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days from the date of return approval.
    • The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account or card, depending on your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  2. Refund Amount:
    • If the product is returned in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags intact), the full purchase price will be refunded.
    • In case of a partial return or exchange, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Products

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement.
  2. Quality Issues:
    • All our products undergo a strict quality control process, but if you find any manufacturing defects or damages, please inform us within 15 days of receiving the product for a full refund or replacement.
  3. Replacement Delivery Timeline:
    • Once your return is received and approved for a replacement (due to defects, damage, or incorrect items), we will dispatch the replacement product within 2-5 business days.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 5-7 business days post-dispatch.

Legal Compliance & Consumer Rights

  1. Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019:
    • We fully comply with the guidelines under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India.
    • As per Indian law, consumers have the right to return goods within 15 days if the product is defective, misrepresented, or damaged.
    • If a product is returned under these circumstances, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement as per the applicable law.
  2. No Refund on Services:
    • Please note that the refund policy does not apply to services that are rendered or partially consumed.
