- Exchange Window: Items are eligible for exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or discounted
- Items with visible signs of wear or damage
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is mandatory to process an exchange.
Exchange Process
- Initiate an Exchange:
- Navigate to the “My Orders” section, select the item, and click on “Exchange.”
- Alternatively, email us at support@skylineshopper.shop with your order details.
- Select Your Replacement:
- You may choose a different size, color, or style of the same item (subject to availability).
- If your preferred variant is not available, we will recommend alternatives or advise on how to return the item for a refund.
- Send the Product:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it to the return address provided by our customer support team.
- The cost of exchange shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchange Approval & Delivery
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the exchange approval status within 3-5 business days.
- Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 2-5 business days, and delivery typically takes 5-7 business days based on your location.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for free pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Important Notes
- Only one exchange request is allowed per order item.
- If you wish to exchange an already exchanged product, it will be treated as a new return and may be eligible only for a refund.
- In the case of stock unavailability, you may be offered a refund or store credit instead.
